As part of Jinding’s vision to make Dunhelen a beautiful and sustainable community, we offer a free tailored front landscape package*.Choose from four select garden concepts, across two distinct planting palettes, designed by our award winning landscape architects, Plan E. Then enjoy a 1:1 consultation with our dedicated landscaper to make it your own. Each package will offer a selection of feature plants, steppers, and trees.

Step 1:
Choose your preferred conceptReview the Dunhelen front lot landscaping concepts included in this brochure and choose your preferred design.
Step 2:
Complete the online formOnce the Occupancy Permit is issued and the home is in compliance with the Design Guidelines and the contract, visit the Dunhelen Buyers Portal and submit the landscaping request form.
Step 3:
We’ll be in touchAfter your claim is received and approved, we’ll touch base to schedule your 1:1 consultation where you can customise the garden within the concept parameters. Any further embellishments can be incorporated into the design, however this will come at an additional cost.
Step 4:
Your garden is installedOnce the design is agreed, the installation is scheduled with the developers nominated contractor.
Step 5:
It’s all yours!After your front garden is installed it’s yours to look after and maintain. You can help your new garden flourish with regular watering, weeding and pruning.

From checking your eligibility to preparing your home for install and maintaining your new garden, here’s some FAQs to help you prepare and keep your new garden looking great.
Am I eligible for the landscape package?
Dunhelen’s custom designed front landscape packages are offered across the masterplan. To confirm your eligibility, refer to the contract of sale.
Can we vary or change our landscape packages?
At Dunhelen we offer a 1:1 consultation with a dedicated architect to help you customise your landscape package within a set allowance. Further embellishment exceeding the allowance is to be paid for by the purchaser.
Once the front garden is complete, it’s yours to maintain. At this stage you are welcome to take pride in your garden with some extra additions, in line with the Dunhelen Design Guidelines.
When will my garden be installed?
Once your landscaping request is approved, a 1:1 consultation will be booked. Your garden will be installed once the design is agreed and the plants and materials have all been procured.
Will my garden package be exactly as it is drawn in the picture?
The illustrated examples provided are concepts only, features may be amended during your consultation to better suit your lot and home design.
What happens if my plants die?
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to look after the garden once it is installed. Should your plants die or become diseased it will be your responsibility to replace them.
Can the landscaper maintain my garden?
The landscaper cannot maintain your front landscaping. If you’re looking for some assistance with your garden, we suggest finding a local gardener or landscaper that may be able to help.
I am eligible for this package, what do I include in my design submission?
If you are eligible for the front landscaping package, a landscape plan will need to be included in your submission with driveway materials, locations and finishes, fencing line, water connections and water tank locations, letterbox design and location. Planting locations and species are not required.
I have purchased a packaged Small Lot Housing Code lot with a selected builder, am I eligible for the landscape package?
Although you may not be eligible for the consultative process outlined, we will work in close consultation with your builder to design a garden in keeping with Dunhelen’s landscape design concepts. This will help achieve a premium streetscape outcome, with the cost covered by Jinding. These works will be undertaken as soon as practicable after the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
